Yes you certainly will, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor where your goodies are while they are in transit
Can I Pick up my Order
Yes, pick up is available from us at Joyner (North Brisbane), you can select Pick Up when placing your order and you will be sent updates as to when it's ready so you can duck in and grab your order directly from us

Artwork & Concepts
Can I add a name to one of Your Designs
Yeah for sure, if you'd like to add name / nickname to one of our designs, just pop the details into the "Personalisation" box when ordering or email our team: hello@simplimusthave.com and we will make that happen for you.
How does Custom Printing Work
If you have your own artwork, a concept or even an idea, simply email our team: hello@simplimusthave.com to discuss.
Usually we will ask for a JPG or PNG file of the logo / art if you have specific artwork.
If you aren't quite sure what you want exactly but have a concept or idea that you like, email that through too and our team will whip up a concept and send it back before printing it and making the magic happen.
What Print Methods do you Use
We have a pretty big range of gear that you can personalise so we offer a few different printing techniques. For our Cotton Tees & Hoodies we offer DTF or HTV printing as they produce high quality, vibrant print onto Cotton.
For our Glasses, Mugs and Tumblers we use Sublimation, Permanent Vinyl, Glitter with Resin - depending on the design. Ie: of you are wanting a photo onto a Coffee Mug, we will use sublimation print. If you are wanting a bling Wine Glass for your Bestie (or yourself) with your name, we may use Glitter + Permanent Vinyl + Resin.
