Personalisation — What can I customise?

Oh, where do we begin! Our products are made-to-order and can be personalised with names, numbers, and more. Each product listing will show you exactly what options are available — just fill in the fields and we'll take care of the rest. If you have a special request, reach out before ordering and we'll do our best to make the magic happen!


Sizing — Will it fit?

We've got sizes for the whole crew — from the tiniest bubs to the tallest adults:

  • Baby: 0000–0
  • Kids: 1–14
  • Adults: XS–7XL

Turnaround Time — How long will it take?

Every single item is handcrafted with love right here in Brisbane, so good things take a little time! Our current turnaround time is shown on each product page. We work hard to get your order out the door as quickly as possible without cutting corners on quality.

Heads up: During busy periods (hello, Christmas! 🎄), turnaround times may be a little longer. We'll always keep you in the loop.


Shipping — How does it work?

We ship Australia-wide and internationally! Here's the breakdown:

  • Free shipping on Australian orders over $50 
  • For Orders under $50 our Standard shipping fee: $10
  • Express shipping: $15

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number so you can stalk your parcel all the way to your door. 


Returns — What's your returns policy?

Because our products are personalised and made just for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if something arrives damaged or there's an error on our end, we'll absolutely make it right! Check out our full Returns Policy for all the details.


Care Instructions — How do I look after my order?

Gift Cards — Do you sell them?

Yes! Gift cards are available in $30, $50, and $100 denominations — perfect when you want to treat someone but can't decide what to get. (Honestly, the best gift is letting them choose for themselves)


Order Changes — Can I change my order after placing it?

We get started on personalised orders pretty quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but once production has started, changes may not be possible. The sooner you reach out, the better!
